Refund Policy

 

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, and with all original tags and labels intact.

Return Process:

Step 1: Carefully pack the clothing item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please use appropriate packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Step 2: Fill out the return form included in your original package, if available. If not, please provide a note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Step 3: Place the completed return form or personal note inside the package.

Step 4: Seal the package securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Step 5: Ship your return to the address provided on the return form or contact us by email.

Step 6: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the items are approved for return, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.

Step 7: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return and will be issued using the original payment method but it may take up to 14 business days. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of the initial return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us by email to check availability and arrange the exchange. If you request an exchange, we will notify you about the availability of the desired item. The exchange will be shipped once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  • If you return an item by mistake, you may be liable for the cost of the return
  • Use a trusted postal service that provides tracking for your package. You can email us your tracking package.
  • Items listed as "Sale or final sale items" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not accept or do alterations for already worn clothes, please see our size chart for guidance
